Very nice private terrace off the Double Room with Sea View offering direct views over beautifully landscaped gardens. The swimming pool area stands out for its tranquility.
The bed proved hard, which may not be ideal for everyone. My partner enjoyed it, but I woke up feeling quite stiff every morning. The shower cubicle felt cramped, presenting a tight space for movement, and there's a need to decide on breakfast selections the day before, limiting spontaneity in the morning.

The staff were adorable and we were truly made to feel welcome. The attention to detail is second to none and the "eco" friendly approach is lovely from not having chlorene in the pool to the natural products available in your room including, towels and slippers. The freshly baked bread and products prepared by Galini every morning were delicious. The hotel only has 5 rooms and are only really suitable for couples, there is no TV or radio so the hotel is a haven of tranquility - true bliss!

We really enjoyed our week long stay by Olivemare. The hotel is boutique and modern with only a small number of rooms. The pool is lovely, the gardens are well kept and the rooms are spacious and clean. Marilena, the owner is attentive and friendly and the breakfasts are homemade and organic. We would highly recommend the hotel which is a provides a high quality experience.

The fine sea views were amazing, but the mattress was way too hard for me.

An excellent hotel, with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble, the small staff were willing to help with anything. Also, I'm Gluten-free, which sometimes is not catered for, as soon as I informed them, the Chef made me fresh bread, cakes, bought me my own cereals for breakfast, the best service I've ever had. Thanks.

It was a very nice place to stay, very relaxing with a lot of attention to small details. The hotel and rooms are well designed too (contemporary with traditional accents) with natural lighting everywhere. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

The location is so chill, set in an olive grove and just a quick walk to the beach. The breakfasts were on another level with fresh local stuff. Marilena was super friendly. Plus, the fresh water pool was perfect for relaxin after a day out!

The rooms were wonderful and fashionable with their own private patio onto a pretty garden kept by the fairly friendly staff.

If you are looking for a boutique hotel at a reasonable price then look no further. Olivemare is conveniently situated at 5 minutes walk from Katelios. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and herb gardens. The rooms are generously sized, boutique desgined with comfortable bed. The breakfast is superb. We will definitely be going back. I would expect this level of quality to cost more towards £110 to £120 per night.

amazing swimming pool, fine sea views, unique garden layout
The shower cubicle was cramped!!! The nightly dining experience felt a bit rushed with a limited ordering window before 3pm!!! Personal preferences aside, an evening option past that time would enhance the stay dramatically.

Great location for exploring the island. Mostly un commercialised. The owner supports local community by selling locally jewellery and candles and all the food within the hotel is either home grown and home baked or bought at local farms etc. The staff go out of their way to help and advise. Small and cosy. The breakfast was fantastic.
It is hard to write any negatives. The pool is fresh water which is a positive but it was very cold end Sept / October and is deep so probably not suitable for families with small children. Also the menu if eating in would not suit children and is limited so you can not eat in every night unless a visit of no more than two nights. The rooms are lovely but clothes space was limited for longer stays - no chest of draws.

The design of the hotel was of excellent taste. With the white as main colour in the interior gave you the feeling of relaxing and calmness. The long pool is a great surprise. All cocomat beds welcome you for the most comofortable sleep over night.
